Family Mailing List Problem

Family Mailing List Problem
We are using version 8 of PowerChurch under win98 and ME and have the the same problem on both systems. When we select "Selected Records" under "Family Mailing List" and use names to determine the range of people we want on the report - we have names missing. I have check all the missing names and they had all the necessary categories to be slected for the report

Unfortunatly it is hard to tell the specify problem from what you have described. It may be necessary for you to speak with one of our technical support reps at (800)486-1800 the find the problem.
I will mention one thing to look at, when you go to Membership and Family mailing list, then maintain family mailing list. There are three check boxes on the lower right side of the screen, if include in Membership module reports is not checked then those people will not show up on those reports, or any for that matter.
