Church Directory Report

I'm having a baffling problem as I'm attempting to print out a copy of this report in order to print and mail it to our members. I want to print it in column format and include all personal profiles marked as "Member-Active". When I run the report ONE family is left out. Every time I run it it's the same family and I cannot for the life of me find the issue.

When I do a custom report of all "Member-Active" profiles they generate; the only report they do not appear for is the directory.
They are not marked as unlisted.
The "publish address in church directory" box is checked.
Their household and their individual profiles are both marked as "Member-Active".

Any ideas on what on earth I could be missing with this one family??

OK ... all the checkboxes on the Family Mailing List dialog for this family are checked, right ??

From which module are you running the directory ?? Family Mailing List or Personal Profiles ??

Do they appear in the rest of the standard reports, such as selected records report ??

Got it!

Oh man, so close and yet so far. Thanks for checking that I had ALL the check boxes checked. I hadn't checked the "include in Membership Module Reports" and checking that seems to have solved it.

Thanks for your time! -- Definitely have no idea why this one family didn't have their boxes checked while everyone else in the entire system does. :-/ I guess I was on another planet when I entered them. :P
