We are trying to put together our church directory and we are having a problem with the format. Some of the letter headings fall at the bottom of a column or the bottom of the page and the first name jumps top the next column or the next page. Is there a way to force the letter heading to move to the next column or next page if there is not enough room for the first name in the list to print directly below it?

I tried exporting the directory into Word to see if I could move things around a little but I could not do that.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
