We currently use Ver. 8.5 on Windows 98.
We would like to know how to get a summary report that contains the names of the profiles that have not attended since a given date.
We do not keep all profiles checked at being assigned to the selected activities as that would create Absence Reports that are too long and cumbersome since there are many folks that are only occasional attendees.
Can a custom report be developed that can access the field of "date of last attendance" using the report writer?
Thanks.

RE: Attendance Review
From what you've said here, it sounds like attendance data isn't being entered fully. There is no "Date of Last Attendance" field, unless you've set up a custom date field in Personal Profiles.
In order for the reports in Attendance to work, you'd need to enter people who are present, absent, excused, etc. We've tried to make it as easy as possible through the fast data entry where you can set a default attendance status, and then just change the status where appropriate. ie. You can specify "present" for everyone and just change the handful of people who were absent to "absent."
Without having your data entered completely, no report will work properly, not even a custom report.
