I've gone through the help and found how to export the info in order to create a file to send to Lifetouch but the directions say I will be prompted to print a hard copy but I'm not getting that prompt. The file that gets created is a lcd file which my computer wont' open. Any thoughts as to how I can view what is being submitted?

The instructions were probably not completely updated to the newer Lifetouch Format. The .lcd file is just a text file so you can open it with notepad.

Note: It will look strange because is a fixed format file.
