Is there a way to sort by the state or phone number? Sometimes a phone # is all we have to try matching with a name, (caller ID & person did not leave their name). Or, we know someone lives in a certain state, but can't think of their name. (We are not a church, but a parachurch ministry and have people from all over the US, Canada & UK)

What are you trying to view??

For phone number the easiest would be to run the selected names, addresses and phones report. Make sure to include all the phone numbers. When the report is on the screen, use the find option to search for that phone number.
