We cannot includes these contributions to the anonymous envelope since they wrote salias on the envelope such as God is good or Praise God.

PC+ requires that I iput these aliases in membership. How do I go abou this?
I will enter them under family profile?
Let me try to understand this. These contributions are not in a numbered envelope, but you know who the people are because they use the same alias every time ?? Are they expecting a tax deduction ??

Some of them are one time contribution. Some have use them same aliases for a number of years.
As a member of counting committee , we know who some of them but not all. Our church do not pass offering basket during worship service. Those who have prepare their offering will just put them in offering box at the back of sanctuary.

No, our church do not need to give out report for tax deduction as contributions to our church is not tax-deductible.

We do not like to classify them in anonymous category as they always write the same name in their offering envelopes every week.
Then its really up to you how you want to handle this. However, since the offerings are not tax deductible, and if you don't send out any type of contribution statement, I see no reason to list these aliases anywhere. The Lord knows what they have given, no one else needs to ;)
