We are just starting to use the attendance part of the program. In setting up the activities for the classes does it count someone twice in the overall total if a person is listed in multiple classes? We are still a small church so many times someone may be needed to substitute for a teacher in another class, this mostly being in say the nursery or younger age classes. For example, say one person is listed in a specific SS class, yet also listed as a substitute teacher in another class when needed. If the SS class lists the person as absent and then on the class roster for the one they are substituting in listed as present does this skew the totals? Our previous method (manual) was to have the SS class enter the person as present even when they were not actually in the class. We would prefer to show the person in the actual class they were in, be it a teacher or member. That said has anyone else run into this or know the best way to perform this function up?

The system will not show the person as present, unless that data is entered in the program. So, if John Smith is a member of the Adult Sunday School, but is also setup as an alternate teacher in the 3rd Grade Sunday School class, he will only be counted in the class that he is listed as present in.
