Background Check report

Post by FBCMoyock »

When trying to run the Adults needing Background checks report I get a "You do not have access to this feature" error. I am authorized. My email has been verified by Protect My Ministries. I have logged out and logged back in , but no luck. Using V11 online.

Thanks

When you go to the Password screen found under File -> Preferences -> Passwords, on the System Utilities page; Do you have Background Check Admin: checked?

If not, contact the person that has the System Administrators password in your church/organization.

I am the administrator. I have all the right blocks checked. If I login as sysadmin it works. But if I login under my user name it doesn't

So the Admin box is checked under your name, but the system doesn't let you access it.

Just tested it, both the Background Check checkbox on the Membership tab, and the Background Check Admin box were checked, and still did not have access to that feature. Latest MR (March) installed .

Do I understand correctly that it's not working for you either?
