I recently read an article in a ministry magazine that discussed the privacy policy of church directories and their use. It was suggested that in order to guard the privacy of the congregation a statement should be included on the directory "church directory may only be used for fostering the fellowship and ministry of the church (never for commerical purposes)." Is there a way to add this type of statement without creating a custom report?
