error message while adding email address

I attempted to update an email address for a member. I entered the data and saved the record. when I tried to close the record, I received an error message that stated "Data Session #4 cannot be released with open transactions". I could not close PC+ and had to completely shut down the computer to get out of PowerChurch. Any ideas what happened?

I believe there was an error prior to this during the save process. Are you able to reproduce the condition?

Were you able to reproduce the error ?? What version of PCPlus are you running ??

we are running version 11 with the Mtce Release dated 7-12-2010. I have not been able to reproduce the error message
