Attendance Register Form problem

When I print out an Attendance Register Form with Names Only, the same old "Notes" that I used about a year ago still print on the new forms, even though I have deleted them several times and unchecked "save notes." Is this my error or a program bug?

What version of the program are you using ??

Version 11, with the latest Maintenance Release installed.
