I love the version 9 upgrade.
Our secretary has come across a change that she doesn't want.
She runs all her labels through the Activities & Skills modules.

In version 8.5 if she ran a label it looked like:
Joe and Judith Adams
James and Debbie Adams
In version 9 it prints out:
The Adams Family
The Adams Family

Other than giving the married couples all different envelope numbers is there a way to have the first names print.

We have several families with the same last name. When we have volunteers trying to help sort letters to mail to the correct family...this causes them some confusion.

Any suggestions?

This was recently noted as an unwanted side effect of changes requested.

A solution is in the works to have the first name(s) printed during these conditions:
a) 1 person (parent or child)
b) 2 people both having the Directory Sequence higher than 3, usually being husband and wife.

If parent and child, or multiple children it will print as The Adams Family.

Our secretary says, "Thank you!"
We will keep tabs on the forum.
