Name left out of Church Directory when appropriately marked

I am using version 9 and have marked a person to be included in the church directory but the name is left out.

Only one person is not listed in our church directory and I can not see what I have done wrong. I have checked the boxes to have the name in the directory and on the mailing lists but for some reason the program does not pick it up.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

When I've seen this occur the person in question either:

a> Did not have the three boxes on the family profile all cheched.
b> Did not have the correct profile setting (familiy and/or personal)
c> Did not have a personal profile.

Thank you very much for your help. I am new at setting up a church directory and, frankly, when the personal and family information was originally entered the person who did it never thought it would be used for anything other than contribution records. Our church has grown and we are trying to clean up the data in these records so it can be used properly.

I had the information correct for the women but she later married and the information for her husband was not entered correctly so the name was not picked up. Your suggestion caused me to re-check my settings and it fixed my problem.
