A volunteer set up a numbering system of Activities in Maintain Descriptions on a network computer. I went in as sytem admin to change things around. Things look correct on the locate lookup as well as report according to my changes.

Now if I go to Maintain Descriptions and locate (an activity)---If I click #1301 Greeter Handbook actually #1225 Men's Handbook pulls up.
Everytime I chose an item it pulls up an incorrect one.

Any reasons for this mistake? It happens on all network computers now. It seems to be reading the original list that was set up. Anywhere you try to select an activity through a lookup it pulls up incorrect activities.

It sounds like the descriptions have been changed for the numbers listed in Maintain Descriptions in Activities and Skills. Check to see if 1301 actually says "Greeter Handbook" there.

If everything looks ok in Maintain Descriptions, you may have data issues like data in the root or something like that. For problems like that, you'd need to give us a call at 1-800-486-1800.

I reindexed my files and the problem was fixed.
