Hi!

One of our staff members is looking for a visitor report sorted by registration date. Does anyone know if there is a way to do that?

You can use the Family Mailing List - Selected Records report. It has a selection criteria for 'registered date', you can then export it to an Excel spreadsheet, then sort. Unfortunately, the report does not have a date sort option.

That didn't work because that report doesn't export in columns and you can't sort it. You would basically have to move every record around to put it in columns to be able to sort.

I will just tell them the program doesn't have that capability.

I do put in visitors by year (Visitor 2023, Visitor 2024, etc) so I can get a report that way. They just wanted the report in date order.
