I have noticed when I update an individual from Regular to Periodic or Member on their personal status that it, in no way, affects the Family Profile. Is it possible that the head of household update affect the family status. For example, if you update Dad's profile in the family and he is listed #1, updating to Regular Attender that it changes the mailing status on the Family Profile?
Thanks!

I, for one, would not like this to happen. These should not be linked in any way.hccdecatur wrote:I have noticed when I update an individual from Regular to Periodic or Member on their personal status that it, in no way, affects the Family Profile. If you do all your updates using the Integrated Data Entry, you can do all the updates within seconds of one another.

Yes...but you have to go into each individual profile and change the status. In addition, the integrated status as well. It would be nice if the adults in the system had connection where it could be manually changed if needed but set to what you set the #1 or head of household.

This is a good thing as you may have a spouse who is a member, but the head of household is not. Then you have kids who are not yet members.hccdecatur wrote:Yes...but you have to go into each individual profile and change the status. In addition, the integrated status as well. There are too many permutations of statuses within a family, taking the time to do the change right is not time wasted.
