PowerChurch report export issues

I'm using PowerChurch 15 version 09/14/2026.
In working on an issue with "All individual profiles" report, I was trying to use the File Export feature to get a file for comparison, exporting files to the desktop. I had several issues:
1. In the Save Report As dialog, I used the Change button to select Desktop. The first time, this correctly set the path to
C:\USERS\MYUSER\DESKTOP\PCREPORT.TXT
However on subsequent executions, it inserts the vertical bar character before the path, sometimes adding additional vertical bars per attempt:
|||C:\USERS\MYUSER\DESKTOP\PCREPORT.TXT
This causes the report to crash with messages like:
OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer: Failed to export the report
OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer: Invalid directory
2. I tried an HTML export. I was expecting one long page, but instead got 274 HTML files on my desktop. I see they have Previous/Next links at the bottom (although the links are missing from the pcreportlast.html file), but this needs some kind of warning that the report creates one file per page so create a subfolder first.
3. My test PC does not have or need Office installed. However PowerChurch refuses to create an .XLS, .XLSX, or .ODS file without it. Why can't it save a file that I can open elsewhere? What I really want is a CSV file, but that is not an option at all.
Regards,
