Tracking Punctuality

Hello,
I am new to PC. I have recently purchased the version 11 for our church and we are running vista. We have not even started to use PC at the church yet. I have been "studying" the program and I am looking for a method that I can use to track punctuality for a given activity (i.e. when someone is "on time" for an activity, he/she is punctual and automatically present; however, being present does not necessarily translate into punctual). Is there a way to track this?
