Address Change Does Not Show in Contributions

What would cause an address change in the Membership module to not transfer over and display in the Contributions module? I changed a member's address and it shows correctly, prints labels with updated address, etc. But when I go to Contributions, it does not use the updated address for his annual report. It shows his previous address.
He is the only person in the database with this name, and I've double-checked to see if there was a duplicate entry somehow. But he's only listed once.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm using PC+ v11.1 Thanks.

Have you tried looking in the personal profiles to see if he might have multiple profiles? Or checked to see that he is in the right family? When you click on the locate, you can then click on current address at the top of the screen to sort by address. Maybe you can find him by the old address in there, which would indicate he is in the wrong family. Have you made a backup and reindexed under the utility menu?

Thanks Zaina. He only has one personal profile. Part of the problem might be that he was a member of a family; when we first got PC+ years ago, he was a child. Now he's an adult and has his own house with different address. He is listed separately on everything.
I had also tried the locate feature multiple ways and he is a separate profile/member in both modules. However, in the Family Mailing List module his new correct address shows, but in Personal Profiles, the wrong (old) address shows. Again, he's the only person with that name and only one of him is there
I didn't have this problem when his sister moved into her own home a few years ago. The only place the address appears correct is in the membership - it just doesn't "trickle" to the other modules...

I figured it out. Although I had established a new "family" identity for him, complete with new address and phone, directory listing, etc., he had not been MOVED from the old family address. I guess I didn't realize that was necessary each time, or forgot to do it.... Once I took the extra step by moving his personal profile to his new address, it all looks correct in each module.
