Cannot Change Default Addresses

When I add a new family or person, the same city and state and zip (which I do not recognize) always populate, regardless of the families or profiles added. I have been all through "preferences, but can't seem to find a way to change these defaults. Can you help?
I am using Windows 7 64 bit and Powerchurch 11.

I found two places that have auto address fill. The one that worked for me is under File > Preferences > Family Mailing List Setup - then under the Adding New Family tab uncheck Auto fill last city.
If you still have a problem there is also an auto fill option under File > Preferences > User Setup Options - under the General Tab. This did not effect the Integrated Data Entry form so I am not sure what area of the program it effects.
This has been driving me crazy as well and your question influenced me to go look for it.
