Information Update Form

Is there a place where I can find an "information update form" to give out to members to fill out so that we can make the updates into PC?

Family Mailing List - Standard Reports ... you can choose to print out a blank form, or one that has all the data in the database for each family.

That was added in Version 11. Older versions of the program do not have a family update or family register form.
