Accidentally deleted personal profile
We have version 11.5, which has changed how activities are added and deleted to a profile. I discovered (accidentally) that instead of pressing on the activity you wish to delete and then pressing "delete", you need to click on the activity and press the red button to delete the activity. So far, I have deleted two personal profiles because I used the old way of deleting an activity (habit). Is there a way to restore the profile, other than using a backup? Is anyone else having a problem with this?

there is no way to restore a profile once deleted, other than a full restore of the Membership database, which is usually not an option. I think I know what you're doing wrong. V11.x introduced additional information tabs on the personal profile. This makes it easier to quickly review data on a profile, however to maintain that data, such as adding/deleting activies you would use the icons along the side of the Activity Tab itself ... not the big ADD and DELETE buttons.
You should have gotten a confirmation message when you hit delete asking if you wanted to delete the profile. The confirmation message you get when you delete an activity is somewhat different as it will ask you if you want to delete John Smith from Activity.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix this would be to:
1. Do a backup of the current database.
2. Restore a previous backup and then print out the information for those two profiles using the standard Personal Profile Report Selected Profiles - Full Details.
3. Restore the backup you took in step 1.
4. Enter the data from the reports.
Hope this helps.
