I am unable to email more than 44 members at a time. I set up 2 email groups, one group of 44 members and one group of 22 members. The first email goes thru but when I try to send an email to the second group I get a message that I exceeded the maximum number of emails. I signed out of PowerChurch and signed back in 2 hours later and I still could not email the second group. Using Windows 7, PowerChurch 11.5.

Exactly what is the message you're getting? Powerchurch does not have any limit on the number of emails you can send, I suspect that your ISP may have a limit on the number of emails you can send from one email address in a day.

The first time I tried to send a mass email thru PowerChurch (2 months ago), 44 addresses went thru and I received an error message saying that not all emails went out - see error report. The report showed all the emails that were not sent and said exceeded max number of addresses. I split the list using Codes so that I had 44 on one list and the remaining 22 on another list. The first time I tried this it worked and all emails went out thru 2 separate mailings.
This week, the first group of 44 emails went thru but the second group of 22 emails stated not all emails were sent - see error report which stated exceeded max number of emails. I waited 2 hours and tried to send the emails to the second group again and got the same error message. I then sent the message to all 66 families using my regular email with no problems. So my ISP provider does not limit the number of emails sent out.

OK ... what do you use to send out regular emails ?? Outlook, Thunderbird ??

FWIW ... Powerchurch does not 'throttle' emails unless you sent the email settings to only send out so many emails every so many minutes. There are people who have over 200 emails going out, without a hitch, my last church where I was a member, setup Powerchurch to send to over 70 email addresses, and they send out weekly.

It would help if you could cut and paste the error message from the report, it sometimes lists an SMTP error number that could assist in determining the underlying issue.
