Deleting in Maintaining Activities & Skills

Wondering if when you delete an entry in the Activities & Skills section if this changes your attendance records that you have already recorded. I am trying to add someone to another Sunday school class and take them off of the previous class they had been in. Should I delete the entry for the previous Sunday School class?

That would remove any attendance from the other class. What you may want to do is setup the new class as a promotion from the old one. That way the old information is not lost.

If you delete someone from an activity, their attendance history for that class is not deleted. If you delete the whole class, (ie delete the activity description) then all the attendance for that class will be deleted.
