When I print my church directory, there is one family that each of the kids' last names are listed with their parents. I only want the kids first name (not both). This only happens with the one family. I have check personal profile, last names to see if anything could be amiss, but each time I print out the church directory, the kids last name shows up. Not sure what else to check.

This happens when the child's last name is different than the parents. More specifically, if the child's last name is different than the first parent on the church directory, the child's name will print. This work this way for blended families. Make sure that a suffix is not listed in the parent's last name (ie. Jr, III, etc.) If it is, move it to the parent's suffix field.

For future reference, I accidentally put a space before I started typing the last name, which in I had a hard time figuring out what was wrong because all the last names were spelt correctly. Any how, it fixed it.
