If I want to have more fields that show up in a pictorial directory, is there a way I can do that? For instance, I want to have their e-mail, cell phone, alternate addresses and birthday/anniversary all in the directory under the person/family names. Along with the other, regular, info that is included. How do I do that? Any suggestions? :?:
thank you! (be gentle, this is my first time using this line of inquiry!)

Instead of using the pictorial directory report, have you taken a look at the regular church directory? In version 11 we added the option to include the picture in all church directory formats. The detail format has option for including all the things you listed.

Thanks for the idea of the directory with pictures - that'll work great. Now, for some reason I can't get PowerChurch to import my pictures. It keeps telling me that the file name is invalid. I have tried several different paths, and they all still tell me that the file name is invalid. Oh - and I know it's the correct file name because I'm looking at the picture in the open file so I get it right. Any clue? At this point, I'll take any suggestions. Thanks!

Another question where are the files? Are they on a CD, flash drive, local hard drive, or network location?

The file name is "members 2013", the path should be libraries/my pictures/members 2013 in the desktop, I've double & triple checked the path, & I think it's right. What would be easier to do is if the dropdown menu had a "browse" feature to look for the correct file.

Are you trying to import picture files from a company like Olin Mills ?? If not, you have to do each one individually, as the system has no way of matching pictures to each member record.

The pictures were taken by a member & e-mailed to me. I saved them to my local hard drive, into my picture library. And yes, I know that I need to import them individually - that's what I did with the pictorial directory last year (before we upgraded). Now I'm just trying to put the updated pictures into the Integrated Data Entry under the "Picture" tab. I open the tab, click on "change picture", then "import" and that's where the problem seems to be. I'll give you guys a call now.
