Hello,
I have two families with the same last name, and husband's first names the same, but wives name different, yet when I go to print the directory Stephanie always comes before Shirley and it should be the other way around. When I locate the family, in my file, they are in alphabetical order. It is just when i print. How can I correct this?

The system will go with the first family that was entered into the system, and is sorted on the Family Mailing List Household key, the names of the family members are not used to sort. If there's a different middle initial I would add that to the key after the first name.

So instead of a key of:

lastname firstname
Jones John
Jones John

It will be

Jones John A.
Jones John

What will happen (If I remember right) is that the family under John Jones will appear first, with the John A. Jones family following.

I would test it before running a final directory.

If the middle initials are the same, a Jr, Sr, III, etc would differentiate which one goes first.
