Booklet directory problem

Twice today as I have tried to print the directory in booklet form, about half-way through it skips about 2/3 of a page. It goes along name after name, then suddenly leaves a big gap, and resumes on the next page. I re-indexed, thinking that might be the problem, but that did not solve it. Any ideas?

PowerChurch Plus version 9 gives you the ability to change the top and bottom margin of the reports by user. Adjusting this setting can produce different results with the reports. You can manually adjust this by typing over the current number in the field.

Thanks, but...

Thanks for the reply, but I really don't think that's the problem. The top and bottom margins are consisent - it's just that on page 14 the names print about 1/3 down the page, then stop, & resume on the next page, rather than filling in the entire page. Any ideas?

Some quick questions ... does it break on a letter change .. say going from M to N ??
Are there some names between the last one printed and the next that are not being printerd but are supposed to be ??

No, it's not a problem of jumping from one letter to the next. And no names get left out - they just skip to the top of the next page. I tried it twice - it happened once on page 14, another time on page 18.

Sounds like something to do with a page break.

Can you export the file to Word, then edit it from there ??

Are you saying the page break happens different each time you print with the same settings?
