Creating A Directory As A computer Document

Hi
I need to be able to E-Mail a directory of my churches membership. I have very limited experience with Power church 11. However, it appears that with all its functionality, it should be able to E-Mail a church directly in a text file format. How do I go about doing this?

I'm assuming that you're talking about emailing the E-Mail Directory that is part of the Personal Profile reports, correct??

You can't email the entire church from the report menu, but you can save the report as a text or PDF document from the report screen display, then using the Send Email to a Group functionality of PCPlus, attach that document to the email which will be sent to all the email addresses on the system.

This presupposes that you have the "Include in Bulk Mailings" checkbox checked for all email addresses on your database.
