Attendance Report Problem

We are trying to print "Details of Personal Attendance" reports for a couple in our church. One of them will print and the other one will not. The one that will not print is a member of the church, is a part of the activity. We can see his attendance when we go to his "Personal Profile" so we know he is active and entered. When we go to print all we get is "No Record Selected." We are using the exact same setting for the one which we can print.

BTW - We have version 10.4

This is definitely weird .. all the other settings on the couple are the same?? Personal Status Code, etc??
I'll first suggest the obvious ... have you tried a
reindex of the database ?

Check the "Include in Membership module reports" setting on the family. If this is unchecked all members of the family will not print on reports under the membership menu.

I knew it should be easy. I needed to check include in membership module. Thanks for the assistance.

Think of the "Include in Membership Module Reports" option if unchecked as "archive this family". They will still show on the screen, but will not show on membership reports.
