Downloading a report to Word. Dialog box says transferring file to local workstation, then the error message above appears. Clicked on OK. Got the file-save dialog. Accepted the default file name and extension. Received this message:
I'm not able to recreate this issue. Try reinstalling the client software. There was an update recently to the installer to specifically fix a problem some folks were having with the document redirection files. This may fix what you're seeing since that's what your error is referring to.
