I have started receiving a pop up box message while running various reports in Powerchurch online. It doesn't happen every time or on every report. It just started happening this week. This is the message that comes up in the box:
Refresh Report Data
* Use current parameter values (default chosen)
Prompt for new parameter values
I just hit "OK" and run the report.
Does anyone know what is causing this?

I don't know that it does anything, but I'm having the same thing happening.

We have been seeing that popping up in our internal environments as well and had just started to research it when Helene came through. It is something internal in the Crystal Reports system and we will eventually get that figured out once everything is accessible and back to some semblance of normality

I used to live on the Gulf coast so I know how it is working through recovery. Sure hope things are back to normal quickly.
