I'm getting this message when I try to use Power Church:
IDS Server Message
"Failed to connect to "online.mypowerchurch.com" on port #491. Please contact your system administrator."
Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks much

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is an issue on our end, and we're working to get it sorted out. There's a status bar at the bottom of the main powerchurch.com site that will give updates as we have them.

It seems to be limited to PowerChurch Online itself at the moment. PowerChurch Online Checkin, PowerChurch Mobile, and Empower are all up.

Everything online was affected, just to different degrees. We had a piece of hardware that was failing, but hadn't yet reported failed which was causing stress on everything else. That component has been isolated, and services are being restored, though there may still be intermittent issues until we replace the part. It's being delivered in the morning (4/14), and hopefully, we'll be back to normal shortly thereafter.

The part was delivered first thing, and it was replaced as quickly as possible. Everything seems back to normal now. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the updates. I just got a new computer, and thought it might be due to a particular bundled (unwanted) security software.
