Network Printer Doesn't Appear On List

Network Printer Doesn't Appear On List

I'm a new user to PowerChurch Online and when I try to print a report the list does not show my networked printer. The list does show a printer if I connect it directly to the computer I'm using, but that's the only one that shows up on the list. Does anyone know why?
