How to set-up other logins for remote users

I am new to powerchurch and I am having trouble finding out how to setup my separate accounts.

The first is the account used to access the servers through the IDS client software which is issued to you by Powerchurch Software, then there's the Powerchurch user accounts themselves which are setup by your Powerchurch System Administrator within Powerchurch.
