Trouble Saving

We just installed a new computer at church. Power CHurch Plus 10 running fine, but I am not able to backup. Made sure my memory stick is in the G drive, but receive this error:
Could not create output file (G:\PCBACKUP_20160313_1253CON.ZIP)

Well, all the PCPlus versions require the memory stick to be inserted before you start the program. If you try to insert it while the program is running, I'm fairly sure the program won't see it.
