IDS Client file won't open

I’ve been using Win 8.1 and PCh for quite some time with no problems. Recently the PCh ids client will not open. There are no error messages when I click on the icon to launch the application. I simply get the “spinning circle” you get for a few seconds while launching some files in Windows. After a few seconds nothing more happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled PCh to no avail. I did note that every time I attempt to run PCh it puts a new task in Windows Task Manager. Multiple attempts = multiple tasks. But nowhere can I get the PCh logon screen to open. Again no messages or errors. This is the only program file that does not open. Every other application still works just fine so it would seem to be solely a Power Church app issue. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated, Thanks!

I'm going to ask the obvious question, do you have the latest IDS client??

That said, as a Powerchurch Online user, you have FREE phone support. I suggest giving them a call at Powerchurch for real-time support.

Yes I just downloaded the latest still no help. You're right I need to call support which i will do. I thought I;d see if anyone else had a similar issue first,
