When I tried to limit the scope of this report to only Widows in Marital Status, the B&A report returns everyone.
Why?

Yep .. just verified that ... must be a bug.

In researching this, the Marital Status selection only applies to Anniversaries. We had a bug report previously that the Marital Status selection was applying to birthdays as well and shouldn't be.

So, selecting only Widow/Widower in the Marital Status field will still show everyone's birthdays, but only Widow/Widower anniversaries.
