I need to add a new user to our Power Church Online Module but when I go to Preferences and Passwords there is no option to add a user.

Are you the System Administrator for Powerchurch? If so, you should be able to select User Profiles then click on the ADD button. If you're not the system admin, that is probably the reason.

I'm assuming they already have the credentials to log into the server.
