Importing pictures

Post by bec909 »

I have a picture in my dropbox that I want to add to a family. When I click on IMPORT, the list includes desktop, but will not navigate any further. How do I access the picture in order to import it?

I don't believe that the client program works with 'cloud' drives on the local computer only installed hard drives. You'll have to copy the photo to the local drive that's seen by the program (look for Client C (M:) or Client D (N:).

I'd create a directory on your local C: drive and name it Transfer, and then copy from Dropbox to that directory, the client will then see the C: drive as M:, and you should be able to import from there.
