Hello,
I am using powerchurch online 14.4
I am getting an error when trying to export a fund summary report to excel.
the error says "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library."

Please help.

Next time you run the PowerChurch Online/IDS Client software, instead of double clicking the desktop icon, right click on it and choose "Run as administrator". This will elevate permissions and allow the client software to re-register itself as the handler for the files coming down from the PowerChurch Online server.
