Lost Downloads

When I utilize "Save As" from the "Report Preview" window, I am not given a dialog box to name the file and select the destination.

Just installed PowerChurch Online on a "new" computer running Windows 7 Ultimate.

Downloaded ids_redirect.zip and put the files in the IDS LLC\IDS Client\ directory. Still does not work as it should.

I am having the same problem. I have followed all of the advice given in other threads, but it's not working this time. I can use my personal laptop and save the files, but on our new Finance laptop, I can't save anything. I look forward to any responses as well.

I was running Windows 7 for the first time. The initial install of the IDS link went by default into C:\Program Files (x86)\. When I uninstalled it and reinstalled in C:\Program Files\ [no parens] it worked. :D
