PowerChurch Online Mobile Access
Set it up and tried it on my iPad, worked great. Changed the Preference\Personal Status to Member-Active. Got no results. Selected Select All, update. Now when I do a family or individual lookup it shows me one name only and I can't change it. Logged in on my iPhone and got the same result. If I do a name search all it displays is Results for: Name contains (whatever the name is).

Take a look through the other Preferences, like Mailing Category, Who Visits, and Visit Area. Are all the options checked on each of those?
They all work together as a single filter, so the more things that are unchecked across all those fields, the fewer results you will get.

It took checking and unchecking a couple of times, but it finally worked. Thanks
