Printing Church Directory in Booklet Format

Post by LarryF500 »

We have added photos of all of our members and are looking to print a membership booklet. The new Church Directory report seems to work well for this except it is not a booklet formatted report. The report is really a 2 column per page report which does not paginate for use as a booklet. Unfortunately, the new Church Directory report will not save a report with pictures to anything except PDF. Any suggestions?
- Thanks!

Just to clarify, this is using Powerchurch Online, right ? Not sure if there is a difference with standard Powerchurch but want to make sure.

Yes, PowerChurch OnLine. So the printer drivers are very limited and Universal Printer Driver is the only real option for the PDF application that creates the files for PC OnLine. It would be really fantastic if PC could format the "Booklet" option in the correct page order so that the PDF file that is generated online could be printed double sided. This sounds like it is the Wish list" category, or am I missing something?
- Thanks!
