Labels don't get to my printer

In printing labels from Personal Profiles, my printer shows up as the destination, but they never get here.
I think I've had this problem in the past, but don't remember the solution and can't find it with a search.

I believe that the reports are created as PDFs, and that you have to then print them as such. See this Knowledgebase Article for more info:
