I am in hip deep trouble with mailroom.

Mailroom update has been installed but I still get a message that Mailroom subscription has expired. We have a network with a server. Our IT man has tried to install mailroom on the server and on my machine both. Mailroom will only install on the c: drive of the server and he needs it to install in a different drive if mailroom is to only be installed on the server. If it can be installed on my machine only then what do we do to get it to operate. I am using Windows XP-Pro, PowerChurch Plus 10.4.

If you have not yet done so, please give us a call at (800) 486-1800, or have your IT guy give us a call.

A technician will be able to help you get it installed properly.
