Hello,

PowerChurch version 11.55, Checkin Server 11, and Kiosk 11.

When setting up a new Activity for Checkin, is there a way to search for members you would like to add to the event, instead of listing out all members of the church? Reason for this is that we receive registration forms, and we would like to be able to go through and add the children that registered by searching for their first name or last name. Currently, when you click on "Add", it shows everyone and only has an option to Select All or Clear All.

Second question - Can we create bar codes within the Maintain Activity & Skill Descriptions menu when setting up a new activityl? Not all of our children have barcodes, and it would be helpful if we can create barcodes within this menu when adding members to the activity. If this is not possible, is there a way to generate barcodes in bulk for a list of specified members in PC? Going to each children's Personal profile to give them a barcode is not very efficient.

Um .. you should be getting a list of people in the system, along with those two buttons. You should click the CLEAR ALL, then you should be able to start typing the last name (if you notice, the header LAST NAME will be in BOLD), the system will then get bring up the last name. If you click on the header FIRST NAME, you will then be able to start typing the first name. You would then click the box next to the name to add them.

You can also add them to the activity by using the Maintain Activities & Skills function of the Activities & Skills module.

I don't believe so, as the Check In barcodes are created when the person is checked in. These are different than the barcodes that are created using the Attendance Reports attendance roster.
