New Install - Check In Kiosk not printing

I've reinstalled the PowerChurch Program and Check In Kiosk on a new laptop - Windows 11
When checking in a child, the label does not print. It is a DYMO 450
What am i missing? I've never done an install before, so I did a backup and restore but the kiosk has to be completely set up again.
PLEASE HELP!

If you are working with Check In Version 11, you will likely need to download and install an old version of the Dymo software/drivers for it to be initially recognized in your setup:

Once you have installed that and used the check in station, you should then be able to install the latest Dymo software again.

Is there a link you can provide that walks me through the steps on how to customize which label that check in kiosk uses?
Its still giving me an error message saying it cannot find the host. So clearly I'm still missing something. :wall:

I would suggest giving our support staff a call at (800) 486-1800 when you have access to this computer. We are available from 9AM to 6PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
