Is it possible to include the notes entered for the children on the name tags? For instance, one of the demo examples shows the parent entering a note that the grandmother would be picking up the child. If we had a note like this we would want it printed on the name tag.

Unfortunately no. The entered notes are not available when printing the child label. The notes print to a seperate label.

But they can be printed? So at the very least we'd have an extra label on a kid?

Yes, If I remember correctly, the note will print after the child(ren) label(s) before the parent label.

When I refer to the parent label, it will print the name of the person initially selected during the check in process.

There is a "Print teacher notes label" option on the Maintain Activity & Skill Descriptions screen found under Membership > Activities & Skills > Setup on the Check In tab.
